I visited “SAND BAR,” an open and airy cafe inside Hayama Umino Hotel.
Interestingly, this place used to be an area that wasn’t easily accessible to the public.
Now, it has transformed into a welcoming, open space where anyone can stop by.
“This place feels amazing… I only planned to stay for a bit, but ended up staying much longer.”
I actually had lunch here, so let me show you all the highlights!

the Misaki tuna and salmon ahi poke plate.
Fresh tuna and salmon are paired with avocado, creating a vibrant and colorful dish.
The house-made wasabi soy sauce adds a nice touch, making it light yet deeply satisfying.
“It’s lighter than it looks, but still super delicious… I finished it so quickly!”
