I would like to introduce my favorite “Lucy’s Bakery” in Fujisawa 🙌
I love it so much, I want to go there every day.
Lucy’s Bakery is an American diner that opened in Fujisawa’s Shonan T-SITE.
The store sells real American food. The interior of the restaurant is cool, reminiscent of an American diner from the 1970s. Real American food is served there. It is the best.
If it is a weekday, you can enjoy reading a book at your leisure, and after lunch, you will be happy to enjoy cherry pie and ice cream with unlimited coffee and iced tea.
This is the best place to go for both the restaurant and the food.
Introduction of “Lucy’s Bakery”
Location
Lucy’s Bakery is located in Shonan T-SITE.
T-SITE is a “cultural complex where a bookstore and themed stores are seamlessly connected to offer a lifestyle unique to Shonan. (Source: SHONAN T-SITE)
The building also houses a large TSUTAYA, which offers a variety of stores centered on books, and you can even bring your TSUTAYA books to Starbucks and browse them there.” It is a one-of-a-kind mall where bookstores and specialty stores are indeed connected in an organic context.”
T-SITE is very popular, and during the day on Saturdays and Sundays, the crowds are crazy. If you are there on a Saturday or Sunday, I recommend going right after the store opens at 11:00 a.m.
After passing through the TSUTAYA bookstore, you will find Lucy’s Cafe.
It is about 10 minutes by bus from Tsujido and Fujisawa. A car is convenient as there is a large parking lot.

“Lucy’s bakery” opened its second store in Shonan T-SITE in 2022.
They are expanding nationwide as an American diner.
Store introduction
A pleasant-looking terrace extends at the entrance. The surrounding area is lush with greenery and can be seen well from inside the restaurant. This time we gave up terrace seating due to the midsummer weather.
It looks like it will be nice to sit outside in the fall!
The store is entirely covered by a large glass wall, making it very bright and open.

The main color of the restaurant is dark red. The atmosphere of an old American diner is perfectly represented.
I used to love going to local diners like Denny’s when I was in the U.S., so it is like going back in time.
This dark red sofa seat is like The American Diner. It’s perfect. Even a single customer can relax in this seat.
I thought the tablecloths for the four-seater seating were also a good representation of the American atmosphere.
Groups with children also have these spacious seats. When I was there, there were several groups of mothers’ groups.
メニュー
The menu focuses on breakfasts, burgers, California-Mexican, salads, and desserts. I forgot to take a picture of the menu, so here are the installations♪
They have an extensive cake menu and I always ask for the cherry pie with ice cream. This is insanely delicious!
They have a full drink menu, but I always ask for the all-you-can-drink hot coffee and iced tea, since I am always allowed to stay for a long time.
The all-you-can-drink menu is a high point of the restaurant!
I ordered Mexican garlic chicken (1,900 yen), wet burrito (2,189 yen), and cherry pie (1,020 yen) for lunch.
Mexican Garlic Chicken is a perfect plate with just the right amount of garlic, tender thick chicken grilled just right, and served with rice and salad.
And then there is my favorite, the burrito. I am a sucker for burritos, and I used to love Taco Bell in the U.S., and when I find a place in Japan that serves burritos, I am the first one to order one.
The burritos here are authentic, with the rice inside a large soft taco, and they are grilled. The vegetables on top were sour and accented the whole dish.
It is the best and richest taste.
Look at the volume! It is very satisfying.
And to top it off, a cherry pie. The cherry pie is warm because it is heated. On top of the warm pie, there are two large ice cream cubes.
It was the perfect contrast of warm and cold.
The cherry pie is sweet and sour and melts together with the sweet ice cream.
This cherry pie + ice cream is a must try! You should definitely eat it even if you are full!

Take-out cakes and cookies are also available.
Freshly baked American cookies. Originally a bakery, many baked goods are lined up.
Brownies and cookies in stylish packaging are also available.
And a big, big cake! It’s an American cake, but as you would expect from a cake with Japanese essence. It has just the right amount of sweetness and is delicious.
My beloved cherry pie. I could also take it home!
Baby and child note
This restaurant welcomes customers with babies and children. There are spacious sofa seats so you can spend a relaxing time.
There is a large parking lot for easy access.
The store is located in the section where TSUTAYA sells children’s books, so children will be very happy!

This American diner is reminiscent of American in the 70’s in Fujisawa, where you can enjoy authentic California and Mexican cuisine.
