The most memorable dish this time was the Spicy Spare Rib Curry (¥1,200, includes salad).

And when you go to cut the spare rib… actually, it’s so tender it practically falls apart just by touching it.
In your mouth, it melts effortlessly and blends perfectly with the rich, spicy curry.
First comes the deep umami, then a slow-building heat—before you know it, you just keep eating.
